After struggling with certain aspects of owning our first dog. Mainly recall and keeping her calm when visitors came. We decided to contact Phil, he was very professional and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. After 2 years of lead walking we are now able to walk our dog off lead!!! She is also much calmer when we have visitors. We can now stop unwanted behaviour and find things much easier day to day.
